Working out who you really are

Have you tried to conform with someone else's view of what you should be doing with your life or what you should be like? Did your sense of who you are get lost somewhere along the way? If so, you can use psychotherapy to help find yourself again and start to live confidently as your authentic self.

I have helped many people to work out who they really are and how they want to live their lives, including people who:

  • are questioning their sexual and romantic orientation
  • feel stuck in an unsuitable career
  • are puzzled by their own behaviour or desires
  • want to break free of cultural or parental expectation
  • have lost a role or partner that enabled them to feel a sense of self worth.
